Our Alaskan gift shop and manufacturing company needs a motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. We need someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, high-quality products and maintaining excellent communication with all our customers. We’re looking for a special individual who doesn’t mind going above and beyond. The Administrative Assistant will be working closely with customers and managers to constantly strive to meet our mission. There are long-term aspects to this job as we grow as a business.
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:
· Answer and screen company calls. Check voicemail daily and reply to all customer inquiries.
· Maintain customer service email and research any inquiries that come through.
· Meet clients and oversee corporate, customer and wedding orders and inquiries. Provide quotes for orders and see each project through to completion.
· Invoice completed corporate and wholesale orders.
· Assist management in keeping accurate customers, vendors, accounts payables and receiveables files.
· Match weekly deposit slips with Daily Sales Reports and keep monthly files orderly.
· Receive and open all mail to be distributed or filed for accounts payables and receivables. Scan important notifications to bookkeeper.
· Assist in all communications needed by management.
· Other miscellaneous tasks as needed directed by President and management.
